PXC: Notice of stock status

On May 22, 2023, HNX announces the status of PetroVietnam Urban Development Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: PXC) as follows:   
- PXC shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reasons that the company is late to submit the reviewed semi-annual financial statements of 2022 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022; the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Audited Financial Statement of 2022 as prescribed at points a, b, c Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
