LTC: Notice of stock status

On May 22, 2023, HNX announces the status of Low Current -Telecom Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: LTC) as follows:
- LTC shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reasons that the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2021; the company is late to submit the audited financial statements of 2022 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure as prescribed at points b, c, Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
