KAC: Notice of stock status

On May 22, 2023, HNX announces the status of Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: KAC) as follows:
- KAC shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reasons that the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2021; the company is late to submit the audited financial statements of 2022 and the reviewed semi-annual financial statements of 2022 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure; the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the recent 02 consecutive fiscal years from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed at points b, h, Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
