DFF: Notice of stock status

On May 22, 2023, HNX announces the status of Dua Fat Group Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: DFF) as follows: DFF shares are under trading restriction due to the reason that the company is late to submit audited financial statement for 2022 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure as prescribed at point b Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
