BT6: Notice of stock status

On May 22, 2023, HNX announces the status of Beton 6 Corporation’s shares (stock code: BT6) as follows: BT6 shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reason that the company is late to submit audited financial statement for 2022 and reviewed semi-annual financial statement for 2022 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure as prescribed at point b Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
