SSN: Notice of stock status

On May 22, 2023, HNX announces the status of Saigon Seaproducts Import Export Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: SSN) as follows: 
SSN shares are under continued trading restriction due to the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statements 2022 for more than 45 days; the Company has received the Court's decision to open bankruptcy proceedings in accordance with the law on corporate bankruptcy according to the provisions at Point b, d Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
