Following Decision No. 475/QD-SGDHN dated May 22, 2023, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Viky Plastic Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: VKP
- Reason: to the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statements for more than 45 days according to the provisions
- Effective date: May 25, 2023
- Trading restriction: only available every Friday;
- Applicable laws: Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, VKP shall send an official letter to the HNX to for explanation and remedial measures.
