Following Decision No. 495/QD-SGDHN dated May 22, 2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of VLF stock as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2022 for more than 45 days;
- Other reasons for trading restriction: The Company recorded negative owner's equity in the Audited Financial Statements 2019; the Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2020 and 2021 for more than 45 days and has also failed to convene the Annual General Meeting for the latest 02 consecutive fiscal years as of the maximum deadline under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
- Ground for trading restriction: Audited Financial Statements 2022;
- Trading restriction: only available for trade every Friday;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, b & h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Vinh Long Cereal and Food Corporation must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
