On May 22, 2023, HNX announces the status of Vinh Long Cereal and Food Corporation (stock code: VLF) as follows: VLF shares are under continued trading restriction since May 22, 2023 due to the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statements 2020, 2021 and 2022 for more than 45 days; the Company recorded negative owner's equity in teh Audited Financial Statements 2019 and the Company has failed to convene teh AGM as of the maximum allowed deadline for two latest consecutive years under Section 2 Article 139 of the law on Enterprises, thus classified as subject to trading restriction under Points a, b & h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
