On May 22, 2023, HNX announces the status of Hung Dao Container JSC’s shares (stock code: HDO) as follows: HDO shares are under continued trading restriction since 22/05/2023 because the company is late in submitting audited financial statement 2022 for over 45 days, the company had negative owner equity in Audited Financial Statement 2019, the company is late in submitting Review financial statement 2020, 2021,2022 and audited financial statement 2020, 2021for over 45 days, the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law, the auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial statement 2019 as prescribed in Points a, b, c, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
