HPM: Notice of stock status

On May 22, 2023, HNX announces the status of Hoang Phuc Mineral Trading and Construction Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: HPM) as follows: HPM shares are under trading restriction since 22/05/2023 due to the reasons the company is late in submitting audited financial statement 2022 for over 45 days as prescribed at point b Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
