NDF: Notice of stock status

On May 22, 2023, HNX announces the status of Nam Dinh Export Foodstuff And Agricultural Products Processing JSC’s shares (stock code: NDF) as follows: NDF shares are under continued trading restriction since 22/05/2023 because the company is late in submitting audited financial statement 2022 for over 45 days, the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law as prescribed in Point b, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- The company was put into trading suspension according to Decision No. 48/QD-SGDHN dated February 13, 2023 because the company was compulsory delisted due to serious breach of information disclosure according to Decision No.686/QD-SGDHN dated October 11, 2019 about the delisting of NDF shares as prescribed at point d Section 1 Decision 36 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities
