NHP: Notice of stock status

On May 22, 2023, HNX announces the status of NHP Production Import-Export Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: NHP) as follows: NHP shares are under trading restriction since 22/05/2023 due to the reasons that the company was compulsory delisted as prescribed point i section 1 Article 120 of Decree 155/220/ND-CP dated 31/12/2022, the company is late in submitting Review financial statement 2022 for over 45 days, the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law as prescribed in Points b, e, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
