On May 22, 2023, HNX announces the status of Transport engineering construction & business investment stock company 584’s shares (stock code: NTB) as follows: NTB shares are under continued trading restriction since 22/05/2023 because the company is late in submitting audited financial statements and review financial statements 2017,2018,2019,2020,2021,2022 for over 45 days, the company had negative owner equity in Financial Statement 2016, the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law as prescribed in Points a, b, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
