ASA: Notice of stock status

On May 22, 2023, HNX announces the status of ASA Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: ASA) as follows: ASA shares are under continued trading restriction since May 25, 2023 due to the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statements for more than 45 days, the company under suspend on UPCoM according to the decision No. 56/QD-SGDHN dated 13/02/2023 according to the provisions at Point b Clause 1 Article 34 and Point d, g Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
