PVD: BOD resolution dated May 22, 2023

The Board resolution dated May 22, 2023, the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation (PV Drilling) approved the following issues: PV Drilling agreed that PVD Tubulars' profit plan will not be distributed to joint ventures in 2023. Approval for the contents to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023 of PVD Tech: -          No distributing profit in 2022 of PVD Tech. -          Approve the list of nominees for the additional election of members of the Supervisory Board of PVD Tech for the term 2021-2025.
