On 09/05/2023, Cho Lon Real Estate JSC announced Notice No. 16/TB-HDQT on the change in maximum foreign ownership rate as follows:
The maximum foreign ownership rate (before change): 50%
The maximum foreign ownership rate adjusted according to the Law: 0%
Reason for the change in maximum foreign ownership rate: the Company’s Charter has regulations on the change in maximum foreign ownership rate according to Point C, Clause 4, Article 141 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020, approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders according to Resolution 15/NQ-DHDCD dated 20/04/2023.
