PTC: Personnel change

On April 27, 2023, ICAPITAL Investment Joint Stock company announced the following personnel change for the term 2023-2028: The appointment of Mr. Vo Anh Linh as Chairman of the BOD for the term 2023 – 2028. The reappointment of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong, Mr. Hoang The Vinh and Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh as independent members of the BOD. The reappointment of Mr. Pham Vinh Phu as member of the BOD. The resignation of Ms. Pham Thi Thu Ha as Chairperson of the BOD.
