VXB: Decision on being put under trading restriction

Following Decision No. 481/QD-SGDHN dated May 22, 2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of VXB stock as follows: - Reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statements 2022 for more than 45 days; - Ground for continued trading restriction: Audited Financial Statement of 2022; - Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly; - Applicable law(s): Point b, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Ben Tre Construction Material Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
