HDB: BOD resolution dated May 23, 2023

The Board resolution dated May 23, 2023, the Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank approved the following issues: Approved the granting payment guarantee to Vietjet Cargo Joint Stock Company with total amount of VND4,000,000,000. Approved the periodic assessment of credit limit for HD Securities Joint Stock Company with the amount of VND900,000,000,000.
