PDN: Second (Residual) Payment of 2022 Cash Dividend and Share Issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity

Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Second (Residual) Payment of 2022 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 30%/share (3,000 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 3rd July 2023
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at DONG NAI PORT JOINT STOCK COMPANY, 1B-D3 Binh Duong Quarter, Long Binh Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province on working days from 3rd July 2023. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Share Issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity
- Payment rate: 1:1 (Shareholders are entitled to 1 new share for each share they own)
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: due to the execution rate of 1:1, there is no decimal fractional share.
For example: On the record date, Shareholder A who owns 168 shares is entitled to receive 168 shares ((168/1) * 1 = 168). According to the rounding principle, Shareholder A will receive 168 new shares.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at DONG NAI PORT JOINT STOCK COMPANY, 1B-D3 Binh Duong Quarter, Long Binh Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province on working days. ID cards/passports, passbooks have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 19th June 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.

DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
