TPB: Approval for increasing charter capital

On May 23, 2023, Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank received the Official Dispatch No.3866/NHNN-TTGSNH dated May 23, 2023 from the State Bank of Vietnam regarding the approval for the increase of the additional charter capital to VND 6,198,899,780,000 for Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPB) via the share issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity.
