On May 23, 2023, Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR) announced Official Dispatch No. 3003/BSR-VPHDQT as follow:
On May 23, 2023, the Board of Directors of BSR approved the transaction with the related person, namely PetroVietnam Oil Joint Stock Corporation (PVOIL), specifically: Accepting the results of buying Te Giac Trang crude oil in the last 6 months of 2023 with PVOIL.
