On May 24, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.957/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank as follows: Ex-right date: June 01, 2023 Record date: June 02, 2023 Reason & purpose: to pay the cash and stock dividend payment Content: For cash dividend payment in 2022: For stock dividend payment in 2022: Exercise ratio: 10% (1,000 dongs/share) Implementation time: June 12, 2023 Number of shares expected to be issued: 506,615,264 shares Exercise ratio: 100:15 (Those owning 100 shares will receive 15 new shares) Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to dozen, the fraction/al shares due to rounding down will be cancelled. Place of implementation: For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.
