CMX: Resolution on the AGM 2023

On May 24, 2023, Camimex Group Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of annual general meeting 2023 to approve the following contents: The AGM approved the business result in 2022: -          Net sales: 2,900.108 billion dongs -          Profit before tax: 106.053 billion dongs -          Profit after tax: 90.879 billion dongs. The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2022. The AGM approved the business plan in 2023: -          Total revenue: 3,053 billion dongs -          Profit before tax: 122.5 billion dongs -          Profit after tax: 103 billion dongs. The AGM approved the report of the Board of Directors. The AGM approved the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2023. The AGM approved the remuneration of the BOD and the Supervisory Board in 2023. The AGM approved the listing of bonds. The AGM approved the transaction between the company and related parties. The AGM approved the election of members of the Supervisory Board for the term 2023 – 2028, including: -          Mr. Nguyen Dang Duan -          Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Binh Thuan -          Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nghi.
