DZM: Stock under trading restriction

Following Decision No. 558/QD-SGDHN dated 26/05/2023, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Dzi An Mechanoelectric Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: DZM
- Reason: The company is 45 days late in submitting the audited quarterly financial statements for 2022
- Effective date: 31/05/2023
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday. 
- Applicable laws: Point a Section 1 Article 39 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
