BMS: ​Signing contract with related party

On May 25, 2023, Bao Minh Securities Company announced Official Dispatch No. 546/2023-BMSC/CBTT as follow:
- On May 25, 2023, the General Manager of Bao Minh Securities Company signed a consulting contract to organize the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 No.: 2505/2023/BMSC-DCF/TV-DHDCD with Design And Construction Joint Stock Company No.1, which is a related person of an insider (Mr. Hoang Van Thang is the Member of the Board of Directors of Bao Minh Securities Company and the  <ember of the Board of Directors of Design And Construction Joint Stock Company No.1).
- In order to make information disclosure in accordance with regulations, Bao Minh Securities Company sends this Dispatch to the State Securities Commission, Vietnam Stock Exchange, Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, Hanoi Stock Exchange to announce the information.
