On 29/05/2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced the Notice on status of VTL shares as follows: VTL stock will be put under trading restriction from 31/05/2023 under Decision No. 567/QD-SGDHN dated 29/05/2023.
Reason: The Company is forcibly delisted out of negative owner's equity in the Audited Financial Statements 2022 under Point a Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations onf Registration and Management of Unlisted stocks attached with Decision No.34/QD-HDTV by the Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange).
