BII: Notice of stock status

On 30/05/2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced the Notice on status of BII shares as follows: BII stock will be put under trading restriction from 31/05/2023 under Decision No. 570/QD-SGDHN dated 30/05/2023.
Reason: The Company is forcibly delisted out of the auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2022 under Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations onf Registration and Management of Unlisted stocks attached with Decision No.34/QD-HDTV by the Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange).
