ABS: 4th change of dividend payment time

Pursuant to the document no.49/23/CV-ABS dated 26th May 2023 of BinhThuan Agriculture Services JSC (securities code: ABS), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to change of 2021 cash dividend payment time (record date: 12th October 2022) as follows:

Payment time: 31st August 2023
- Reason: Due to the general difficulties of the world economy as well as the Vietnamese economy, significantly affecting the revenue from customers, the plan to collect money from customers was not as expected by the Company. Therefore, the Company needs more time to balance cash flow so as not to affect the Company's production and business activities.
Other contents in the Notice no.1298/TB-CNVSD dated 3rd October 2022 by VSD's Branch remain unchanged.
