PDR: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no.154/2023/PĐ-NV dated 29th May 2023 of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp on cancelling the list of shareholders for postal ballot, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for postal ballot, record date: 18th May 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 788/TB-CNVSD dated 8th May 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: the contents of postal ballot will be submitted by the Board of Directors to the General Meeting held in June 2023
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
