CEG: Notice of stock status

On May 30, 2023, HNX announces the status of Construction And Industry Equipment Group Corporation’s shares (stock code: CEG) as follows: CEG shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reason that the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022 as prescribed at point c Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
