On May 31, 2023, the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company approved to adjust the plan for issuing shares to the public as follows: -          Estimated offering volume: 38,147,901 shares -          Total issue value: VND610,366,416,000 -          Stock type: common stock -          Par value: VND10,000/share -          Issue time: from Quarter 2  Quarter  3/2023, after the State Securities Commission grants a certification of public offering.
