DTI: Change in personnel

Duc Trung investment joint stock company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Tran Dang Quan has resigned from Manager with effect since 31/5/2023;
- Mr. Tran Dang Quan has been appointed Chair of the BOD for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 31/5/2023;
- Mr. Tran Cong Thanh has been appointed Vice-chair of the BOD for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 31/5/2023;
- Mr. Vu Chi Cong has been appointed Manager for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 31/5/2023.
