BSI: BOD resolution dated June 02, 2023

The Board resolution dated June 02, 2023, the Board of BIDV Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following contents: Record date: July 06, 2023 Reason: To pay the cash dividend in 2022, the stock dividend in 2022 and the plan of issue shares to increase capital from owner’s equity. 1)      The cash dividend payment in 2022 as follows: Exercise ratio: 5%/share (500 dongs/share) Payment date: August 04, 2023 2)      The stock dividend payment in 2022 as follows: Exercise ratio: 5% (The person owning 100 shares will receive 05 new shares). Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units; the fractional shares will be cancelled. For example: Shareholder A owns 111 shares. The shareholder A will receive: (111/100) * 5 = 5.55 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 05 shares and the fractional shares of 0.55 share will be cancelled. 3)      The plan of issuing shares to increase capital from owner’s equity: Exercise ratio: 3% (The person owning 100 shares will receive 03 new shares). Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units; the fractional shares will be cancelled. For example: Shareholder A owns 111 shares. The shareholder A will receive: (111/100) * 3 = 3.33 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 03 shares and the fractional shares of 0.33 share will be cancelled.
