PLO: Notice of stock status

On June 06, 2023, HNX announces the status of Petec Logistics Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: PLO) as follows: PLO shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reasons that the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Audited Financial Statement of 2022 as prescribed at point a Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
