THG: Payment of 2022 Cash Dividend and Stock DIvidend

Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

a) Payment of 2022 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share). 
- Payment time:
+ 1st time: 5% payment on 6th July 2023
+ 2nd time: 5% payment on 6th October 2023
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance and Accouting Department of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company on weekdays from Monday to 11:30 am on Saturday, 1st time: 5% payment on 6th July 2023, 2nd time: 5% payment on 6th October 2023. ID cards have to be presented.
b) Payment of 2022 Stock Dividend
- Execution rate: 15% (Shareholders are entitled to receive 15 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares for shareholders will be rounded to the unit. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed
- Example: Shareholder A who owns 150 shares is entitled to receive 22.5 shares (150 x 25% = 22,5). According to the principle of handling fractional share, shareholder will receive 22 new shares, the 0.5 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, no.46-48, Nguyen Cong Binh, Trung An commune, My Tho city, Tien Giang. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 20th June 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
