On June 05, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1019/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Vietnam Construction and Import - Export Joint Stock Company (stock code: VCG) as follows: -          Ex-right date: June 14, 2023 -          Record date: June 15, 2023 Purpose:  To pay stock dividend for 2022; Detailed contents: -       Exercise ratio: 100:10 The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 10 new shares -       Estimated issue volume: 48,587,987 shares -       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down.
