SBV: Approving the transaction with related parties in 2023

Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company issued the Board resolution dated June 06, 2023 regarding the approval of the agreement signing, transaction with related parties in 2023 (Better Life Asia Pacific Co., Ltd.). Accordingly, the agreement value will be less than 35% the company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
