BCG: Transferring shares

The Board resolution dated June 05, 2023, the BOD of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved the transfer of a part of contributed capital in Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company (TRADICO) with details as follows: -          Total shares before transferring: 145,130,507 shares, equivalent to VND1,451,305,070,000 (at par value), accounting for 51.63% charter capital of TRADICO. -          Transfer volume: 21,040,000 shares, equivalent to VND210,400,000,000 (at par value), accounting for 7.49% charter capital of TRADICO. -          Transfer price: as the market price -          Trading method: put through -          Total shares after transferring: 124,090,507 shares, equivalent to VND1,240,905,070,000 (at par value), accounting for 44.15% charter capital of TRADICO.
