PET: Guarantee for Smartcom at VCB

The Board resolution dated March 16, 2022, the BOD of Petrovietnam General Services Corporation approved the loan guarantee for Smart Convergence Joint Stock Company (Smartcom) at VCB - HCM Branch with the guarantee value of VND 25,000,000,000.
