VIC: Information on the bond public offering

The Board resolution dated June 06, 2023, the BOD of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company approved the following contents: 1)      To issue VND4,000 billion bonds in the public offering: -          Bond type: non-convertible bond, unsecured and without warrants -          Number of issue phases: 02 -          Estimated time: Quarter 3/2023 and Quarter 4/2023 or Quarter 1/2024 -          Term: 24 months -          Plan to use capital after the offering: total proceeds from the offering will be used to lend this amount to Vinfast Trading and Production Joint Stock Company. 2)      To issue VND6,000 billion bonds in the public offering: -          Bond type: non-convertible bond, unsecured and without warrants -          Number of issue phases: 03 -          Estimated time: Quarter 3/2023 and Quarter 4/2023 or Quarter 1/2024 -          Term: 36 months 3)      Approve the dossiers of registration for the bond public offering.
