DNM: Shares could be delisted

On May 09, 2023, the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced Official Dispatch No. 2902/TB-SGDHN on the ability of DNM shares of DANAMECO Medical Joint Stock Corporation to be delisted according to the provisions of Point e, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP due to the total accumulated loss exceeds the actual contributed charter capital. The Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider the compulsory delisting of DNM shares. DANAMECO Medical Joint Stock Corporation is required to send explaination to HNX within 5 working days since the date of signing this notice.
