Purpose of using capital: According to the resolution of the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders dated April 18, 2015 approving the plan to increase charter capital, purpose of using capital to invest in Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Zone – expansion phase project.   B.     The use of proceeds from the offering (until December 31, 2023): Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment JSC is preparing legal procedures for the land clearance and compensation. After the plan for the land clearance and compensation are accepted, the Company will use the proceeds from the offering to execute the land clearance and compensation of Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Zone – expansion phase. The proceeds from the offering currently implemented Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Zone project.
