CKG: Adjusting the BOD resolution dated June 07, 2023

The Board resolution dated June 07, 2023, the BOD of Kien Giang Construction Investment Consultancy Group approved to contribute capital in Vinh Hang Garden Service Company Limited with details as follows: -          Charter capital before contributing: VND2,000,000,000 -          CKG contributes VND1,400,000,000 (including Property: VND1,317,301,420 and Cash: VND82,698,580) -          Charter capital after contributing: VND3,400,000,000.
