On June 13, 2023, HNX announces that the following stock will be put under alert based on Point a, Clause 1, Article 33 Regulation on registration and trading management of unlisted securities attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange:
-       Name of the issuer: Song Da No 12 Joint Stock Company
-       Stock code: S12
-       Reason: the auditor had qualified opinions on Financial Statement for more than 3 years and more
-       Basic review: Audited Financial Statement 2022
-       Effective date: June 16, 2023
Within 15 days from the effective date, the company must send the solution and remedial route for the situation of shares being under alert to the Hanoi Stock Exchange and disclosure in the mass media.
