The Board resolution dated June 12, 2023, the Board of Directors of IDICO Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues: 1)      Approved the business result in Quarter 1/2023: -          Revenue from electricity production: 90.10 billion dongs, reached 118.52% plan -          Revenue from services and other incomes:1.34 billion dongs -          Total expenses: 33.60 billion dongs -          Profit before tax: 57.74 billion dongs -          Profit after tax: 51.51 billion dongs -          Earnings per share: 852 dongs/share. 2)      Approved the business plan in Quarter 2/2023: -          Revenue from electricity production: 37.24 billion dongs -          Revenue from services and other incomes: 1.00 billion dongs -          Total expenses: 24.56 billion dongs -          Profit before tax: 13.68 billion dongs -          Profit after tax: 11.94 billion dongs -          Earnings per share: 197 dongs/share.
