TDM: Receiving the transfer of shares

The Board resolution dated June 13, 2023, the BOD of Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of shares in Ca Mau Water Supply Joint Stock Company (Cawaco) with details as follows: -          Volume: 3,789,700 (TDM will own 24.39% after trading) -          Price: 14,300 dongs/share -          Total amount: 54,192,710,000 dongs.
