PVL: Change in personnel

Petroleum Real Estate Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Tran Quoc Huy has resigned from Chair of the BOD and Legal representative with effect since June 12, 2023;
- Mr. Bui Quang Minh has been appointed Chair of the BOD and Legal representative with effect since June 12, 2023;
- Mr. Phung Viet Quyen has been appointed General Manager with effect since June 12, 2023;
- Mr. Nguyen Manh Linh has resigned from Acting General Manager with effect since June 12, 2023.
