HMC: Agreement with related parties

The Board resolution dated June 12, 2023, the Board of Directors approved to sign the purchase and sale contract between Vnsteel - Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation and related parties of major shareholders of Vietnam Steel Corporation.
